TV artist holds free workshops...

Budding artists from across the region can learn tricks of the trade from Sky TV artist Matt Palmer this summer in free taster workshops.

Taster sessions for water colour workshops, including all equipment, are available for over 14s at intervals between 11 – 4pm on 31st July and 21st August (currently planned for 12.30pm and 3.30pm)

Sherwood Forest based artist and tutor Matt, whose new series is on the Painting and Drawing channel, will also be holding demonstrations throughout the day (11am and 2pm) and an exhibition of his work.

Spaces are limited and available on first come first served basis. Customers who get a taste for creativity can pre book workshops on 18th September at £15 including all equipment between either 10-12.30pm or 1.30-3.30pm.

You can get a glimpse of Matt until 16th August on sky channel 166 and freesat channel 402 every Tuesday at 7pm and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.
